First answer:
> Do not type your answers. Do not pause to think about what sounds right. Do not go back and fix typos, misheard words, or broken sentences. If you make a mistake, leave it. Speak into your microphone exactly as the thoughts form in your head.
> Just hit record and stream your answers to these three prompts straight out loud:
> 1. Start talking about how your mind actually feels right now when you’re trying to get a point across. Do you feel like you’re moving faster than you can speak? Do you feel like you’re building a physical structure in the air, or are you just hunting for precise words? Talk out loud about how you think.
> 2. Tell me about the last time you felt completely exhausted or frustrated by trying to explain something to a person or a computer. What was the exact wall you kept running into, and what was the unpadded truth you were trying to make them see?
> 3. Don’t think about formatting, but just tell me how you want data given back to you. When you look at a screen, what makes your brain instantly click and say “Yes, I see it clearly now”? Is it short, sharp bursts? Is it one big, uninsulated stream? What is it?
